Shipping Information
All domestic packages ship USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is typically delivered to U.S. destinations in 2-3 business days, but this service is not guaranteed by the post office. If your package does not arrive within this 2-3 day window, your shipping fee is not refundable.
Topsail Winds currently ships internationally to Canada and the UK. All international packages ship USPS First Class International Mail. Unless noted in individual listings, insurance is NOT included in these options. To purchase additional insurance, please contact me and let me know that you would like to purchase insurance, and I will bill you separately. Items shipped without insurance that do not arrive at the correct address or get lost in the mail are the responsibility of the buyer, and not Topsail Winds Handcrafted Jewelry.
International shipping: Any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local post office for more details on what you can expect. It is up to the customer to know the customs laws of their country and to alert me if there are issues I should be aware of.
International delivery times vary greatly. If you need your international jewelry order delivered quickly, please consider upgrading to International Priority or International Overnight mail. Contact me for details.
Mother's, Grandmother's, Single Initial and Family Bracelets are made to order and can take up to two weeks to assemble and deliver. All other purchases are sent within three days of receiving a cleared payment.
